Presale Cancellation

At Gemlaunch, investor safety is our top priority, and we strive to uphold the integrity of the platform. To maintain this standard, the Gemlaunch team actively monitors for deceptive or harmful projects. As a project owner, it’s essential to understand and agree to the following terms.

Gemlaunch reserves the right to cancel any presale under, but not limited to, the following conditions:

• Plagiarized Content: Copying or imitating content, artwork, games, or websites.

• Risky Smart Contracts: Contracts that compromise investor safety or contain unsafe functions, such as exit or mint functions.

• Misleading Presale Contributions: Engaging in deceptive practices to inflate the total funds raised or the number of contributors.

• KYC Misrepresentation: Providing inaccurate information during the KYC process.

• Abusive Behavior: Showing disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward Gemlaunch team members or the community.

If your presale is canceled for any of the above reasons, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to a refund.
