Cancel a Launchpad
Cancelling a launchpad may be necessary if the presale does not meet its goals or if you decide to halt the process. Follow these steps to cancel your presale and retrieve your tokens.

Step 1: Cancel the Presale
Connect Your Wallet Begin by connecting your wallet to access the presale pool.
Access Your Presale Pool Navigate to the presale pool you wish to cancel.
Initiate Cancellation In the Owner Zone, click on the Cancel Pool button. MetaMask will prompt you to confirm the cancellation transaction, displaying any associated transaction fees.
Confirm Cancellation Review the transaction details in MetaMask and click Confirm to finalize the pool cancellation.
Step 2: Withdraw Tokens from Canceled Pool
If your token contract includes transaction fees, rewards, or maximum transaction limits, these need to be excluded for the presale address before you can withdraw your tokens. Follow these steps:
Access Your Contract Visit BSCScan (or the direct link to your token’s contract from the launchpad page) and connect your wallet using the owner’s address.
Navigate to Write Contract In your token’s contract interface, go to Contract -> Write Contract -> Connect to Web3 to connect your wallet.
Exclude Fees, Rewards, and Max Transaction Limits Use Ctrl (or Command) + F to search for "exclude" within the contract functions. Enter your presale address, then click Write to disable any fees, rewards, or transaction limits for the presale address.
Confirm the Transaction MetaMask will prompt you to confirm this transaction. Review the associated fee, set the exclude option to True if prompted, and click Confirm.
Withdraw Tokens After exclusions have been set, return to the launchpad page and click Withdraw Canceled Tokens to retrieve the tokens back to your wallet.
